Catherine is an educator and women’s health advocate, originally from Kingston and now living in Jasper. With a long career in elementary education, she has focused on creating safe, inclusive learning environments, and has recently worked as educator with the team involved in bringing early literacy support to the Merrickville community.
Her involvement in social justice and equity work through the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario has strengthened her commitment to representing marginalized voices. Catherine’s interest in women’s health led her to expand her education work into the field of menopause coaching and consulting, offering support to women navigating this important life transition. She is dedicated to bringing education, advocacy, and equity to her community.
Outside of her professional roles, Catherine is a fitness enthusiast, enjoys boating and swimming, and is, most notably, a very proud mother.
