Food Cupboard Program
Rideau Community Health Services (RCHS) Food Cupboard Program (Merrickville Site) works with the Merrickville-Wolford community to assist those who are experiencing food insecurity in accessing essential perishable and non- perishable food items. Our goal is to achieve greater food equity in our community!
Food Cupboard Program Hours:
- Tuesdays from 10:00am-2:00pm, and
- 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 5:00pm-7:00pm.

Good Food Box
The Good Food Box Program connects the community with fresh, affordable produce.
How to order?
Merrickville community members:
- Call our office at 613-269-3400.
- Orders are due the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
- Orders can be picked up between 10am-2pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
- Good Food boxes are $15.00.
Smiths Falls community members:
- The Good Food Box Program in Smiths Falls is coordinated through the Lion’s Club.
- To access the program or for more information, please contact Deb Doe at 613-285-6561.
- Good Food boxes through the Smiths Falls Lion's Club are $20.00.
