Guy Pearce

Guy is a seasoned executive and board director. He has served on the boards of a publicly traded bank, multiple for-profit organizations, and several not-for-profits including global-scale institutions.

In roles including CEO in multinational retail finance, CIO in child and family services, and CDO in a global emerging technology startup, he strategically guided organizations through complex business, technology, and data change. His cross-sector expertise spans healthcare, banking, insurance, education, as well as both provincial and federal government, specializing in people-focused digital transformation, data enablement, and AI imperatives.

In healthcare, he led the development of a national digital health strategy in collaboration with the World Health Organization in a program initiated at senior diplomatic levels by our former Prime Minister. The strategy was globally benchmarked and distinguished by its deep patient-centric design, measurable outcomes, and an emphasis on children and youth, a critical developmental area often overlooked in comparable national digital health strategies at the time.

As a consultant to government and industry, Guy received international, peer-reviewed recognition for his journal contributions to IT governance from a global technology community spanning 180+ countries. He holds a BSc, a BCom, an MBA, and several professional certifications.
