Registered Dietitian Services

Dietitians empower their clients and communities to embrace food, to understand it, and to enjoy it. They translate the science of nutrition into terms everyone can understand to support healthy living for all community members.

Nutrition counselling

Provides nutrition information and education; one-on-one or family sessions for people with food and health-related concerns.

Group Workshops and Classes

Provide group workshops and nutrition support to individuals and community agencies.

How to Get Services

You can self-refer by calling 613 283-1952 or you can be referred by a health care provider. The referral form is below.

Good Food Box

Participants in the program can place orders for small or large fruit and vegetable boxes on the second Tuesday monthly.

Emergency Food Cupboard

Providing non-perishable food items and emergency food bags to residents in our community who are experiencing food insecurity.
