Service Canada and Rideau Community Health Services will be on site to help with a range of services, including issuing OHIP cards on the spot, and assistance with system navigation. They’ll also be available to support you with applying for birth certificates and accessing other important government services—all in one convenient place.

Need help applying for the Canadian Dental Care Plan? We’re here for you! Just bring the following:
- SIN for you (and your spouse or partner, if applicable)
- Date of birth
- Full name and mailing address
- Details of any government dental coverage you may already have
