What is the Seniors Co-Payment Program?
If you are a low-income senior, you can have your Ontario Drug Benefit annual deductible waived and co-payment fees reduced to $2 by applying for the Seniors Co-Payment Program.
You should apply if you are:
- A senior living alone with a net annual income that is less than or equal to $25,000, or
- A senior living with a spouse and your combined net annual income is less than or equal to $41,500
What You Need to Apply:
1.You and your spouse (if applicable) must provide your Ontario
health card number and Social Insurance Number (SIN).
2.If you have a spouse, both of you will need to sign the
application.
